Part of a recurring series of posts about setting easy monthly goals…
Yes, I’m still doing this even though we’re on vacation. In fact, I wrote and scheduled this post just before we left because I felt certain I would lost track of time and forget.
My July goals were:
1. Continue with SparkPeople and lose another 4-6 pounds. Done, but it was a close thing. I had a week in the middle of the month when I got completely off track. I turned things around but the fact is that I didn’t closely follow SparkPeople the way I should have and I got sloppy about food journaling.
2. Prepare my family for our trip, as well as take care of other odds and ends, including making sure we have school supplies ready to go before we leave and also shopping for all the August birthdays in our extended family. Done.
Looking ahead, I’m not going to set any goals for August, as I think we have enough going on already. I’ll pick it up again in September.
