Here’s the question one more time: What was Thomas Jefferson’s favorite vegetable?
The answer:
When I was a guide at Monticello, we told visitors that he grew 17 different varieties of peas, although Wikipedia says 30 different types.
As I’ve written, my girls love English peas but loathe sugar snap peas, but I still make them eat them on occasion. Frankly, I’m not too concerned that the pea pods will kill Elegant, but Elegant begs to differ.
Anyway, so there were 15 correct answers to go into the drawing. Using a human random number generator*, I have come up with a winner.
Drum roll please…
